I did an hour swedish massage with Charles. It was my first time getting a real massage because I had some pain. He was great! Made sure I was comfortable and not pressing harder than I could handle, and it really helped alleviate the pain! Great atmosphere and process.
Never knew I needed a facial until I got one! Alma my skin therapist made my first experience comfortable and recommended some great products to help my skin glow and clear up from black spots and acne scars. Jada has great customer service skills. she help sign me up for membership. I like the rewards program! It has only been a little over a month since I started going here but it is so worth it. A great way to relax & care for my skin
Must visit Ewa! Phenomenal work! She genuinely cares for her quests and shows it by educating on the source of the issues with her excellent knowledge of the anatomy. She’s like a doctor of healing! Sweet being too! Definitely give her a try! I highly recommend Hand & Stone massage in Elmhurst!
Angela does the most perfect facials. Will answer your questions honestly and will recommend products within the spa or outside of the spa. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for facial. My skin feels so much better after every visit.
My visit to hand and Stone Chicago's West side location was fabulous,I felt like a million bucks after my 30 minute massage as all the staff was helpful, friendly, the location easy to navigate , the receptionist was wonderful , as she gave extra effort into booking my next massage:) The only trouble with booking my next appointment was there is not a location for Hand and Stone in Peoria or Bloomington Illinois. Have a nice day:)
This place is terrible! They canceled my appointment 2 times. Both times 1 day before the appointment! Last time they not just canceled my appointment, they also changed me a cancellation fee of $39.98
Every time that I have called to speak with a manager (more than 4 times) they told me that she was busy. I’m doing a charge back, but I just want to warn others from using this company and this particular location! This is so wrong! I never experienced this level of audacity!
Always look forward to my massages with Ewa. Anytime I come in with tension, I leave with it gone. She always asks if the pressure applied is ok and if there is any existing tension anywhere else. I always walk out feeling relaxed and stress free. She truly does an amazing job. The spa is very clean, quiet and cozy. They have additional service add-ons to the massage experience which I enjoy adding to the mix. Ambient music is playing so it gives it that nice relaxation feel. The staff at the front desk is super nice and accommodating. They ask if you need to go to the restroom or would like water right before your service. They even offer infused water. Love coming here. Thank you for making my experiences super enjoyable.
This place is awesome. I've been coming here a few years because it is addictive. Today I had a massage with Brad and he gives the ultimate massage. My facial was with Robin and she definitely gives your face all that's needed to keep the skin in great condition. If you're looking for THE place yo keep yourself fabulous, this is it.
